10 Gigabit Ethernet Adapter Market Leader Licenses Alacritech's Patents to Support Broader Deployment of Microsoft's TCP Chimney Offload Technology

The agreement enables Neterion to incorporate Alacritech's patented Dynamic TCP Offload Technology® for Microsoft Chimney Offload® into Neterion 10 GbE adapters.
